Free shipping on every order. There is no minimum order and no surcharge at checkout, whatever the size of the machine or where in the United States it is going.
Timings
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within the United States then takes 4–6 business days. Both clocks run on business days, so an order placed late on a Friday is processed Monday.
Larger items — refrigerators, ranges, riding mowers — ship by freight carrier rather than parcel courier. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window before they come.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the order ships. If it has not arrived, check the spam and promotions folders first, then email support@vellorasupply.shop with your order number and we will resend it.
What delivery includes
Delivery is to the address you give us. For freight items that means kerbside or the nearest accessible doorway — the carrier is not obliged to carry a machine upstairs, unpack it, or take away the old one. Nothing is installed. See Installation.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph it before you unpack any further — the photograph is what settles a carrier claim — and email it to support@vellorasupply.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We replace where we can and refund where we cannot. Reporting later than that leaves us without a claim against the carrier, which is why the window is short.
