These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering.
1. Who we are

2. The goods we sell
We are a reseller of third-party manufacturers' equipment. Brand names, model numbers and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods, not to imply any partnership, endorsement or agency.
Product descriptions and specifications are supplied by the manufacturer. We reproduce them as given and correct errors when we find them. Photography is illustrative; finishes, accessories and included components are as stated in the specification rather than as they appear in an image.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with United States retail practice, so the price at checkout may exceed the price displayed on the product page by the applicable tax. Free shipping on every order.
We may correct a price that has been listed in error. If a corrected price is higher than the one you were shown, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where the price was listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given — and if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
5. Delivery

6. Returns
Return rights, the approval requirement and the categories that cannot be returned are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranties
Covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do not provide a separate store guarantee. The duration and terms of any warranty are the manufacturer's, and on outdoor power equipment commercial use commonly voids it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
8. Installation and safe use
We do not install. Appliances requiring a gas connection or hard wiring must be installed by a suitably licensed trade, and improper installation may void the manufacturer's warranty. Outdoor power equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and its safety instructions. You are responsible for ensuring an item is suitable for its intended use and location.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
10. Intellectual property
The layout, text and original imagery of this site belong to Vellora Supply. Manufacturer imagery and copy remain the property of the manufacturer.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
